The Congestion Rent value is a component used by CRR Balancing Account Settlements to determine if CRR Owners should be partially paid or paid in full. Additionally, if the CRR Owners are paid in full and there is a surplus, the surplus will go to the Balancing Account. DACONGRENT = DAESAMTTOT + RMRDAEREVTOT + DAEPAMTTOT + DARTOBLAMTTOT
