Alternate language after Finance develops their rates? –General concern about using must/should where maybe we could use may/can, don’t be too prescriptive if we don’t have to be. –Several comments that requiring annual training is too much, so then what do we want for training ongoing? –Free physicist policy – not included yet, where should this be covered? In system description or cost estimating procedure? Note, Directorate talking with Kovar about this today. –Contingency – we state that it’s returned to the customer if it’s not used. Comment is that this is not our policy. Is it?
