Career Focus – Career Goal My Career Focus is Special Education My overall goal is pursue the field that I am most interested in by accomplishing all my certifications and requirements that will lead me to the final step, of having my own classroom. My intentions are to become be a special teacher for special students.

8. Behavior Specialist Helps the mobile therapist develop plans that will improve the child's behavior. The BSC has some contact with the child and family. Makes sure the behavior plan for the child will meet the needs of the child and family. Makes sure the behavior plan works well with other treatment plans the child may have. May attend meetings with the therapist if the family or the school has questions about the behavior plan.

9. Special Education Teacher Teach in a public or private school. Work as a houseparent or home trainer. Administer special education programs or services for children and youth with disabilities. Conduct research. Develop curriculum and supervise teachers.
