4 Interhemispheric multiloculated cyst with callosal dysgenesis in the infant Interhemispheric multiloculated cysts related with callosal dysgenesis (CD) are relatively rare lesions. According to Barkovich et al classification, our case has type 2a cyst. 1 Arachnoid cyst, neuroepithelial cyst and ependymal cysts are consider as differential diagnosis of cause. The origin and management of cyst is still controversial. Neuroendoscopic management of such kind of cyst is minimal invasive method which makes communication between the cyst, ventricular system and subarachnoid space by avoiding shunts and microsurgery. 2 Shrestha et al. © 2015 American Academy of Neurology
