This provides access across all of Gartner’s role based research to a workgroup. With Enterprise IT Leaders Workgroup Portfolio, Leaders now have the opportunity to share their Gartner relationship with their working teams, composed of “Workgroup Members” ■Workgroup Role — Provides Workgroup Members with unlimited access to one of eight predefined Role research libraries. The Add-on Workgroup Members receive the following Deliverables: ■All of the Workgroup Role Deliverables to which the Workgroup Leader is entitled under the Base Service, with the following exceptions: –Add-on Member may participate in Analyst Inquiry provided his/her Workgroup Role Leader schedules, manages, and leads the Inquiry session –Summit Event Ticket is not included –Each Add-on Member is entitled to (a) unmetered access to Weekly Picks, News Analysis, and Webinars; and (b) unmetered access to Gartner Research documents (the “Role Library”) which Gartner has identified as relevant to the specific IT role selected by the Add-on Member Additional Terms & Conditions The Add-on Member must be a direct report of the Gartner for Enterprise IT Leaders Workgroup Role Advisor or part of the Workgroup Role Advisor’s cross-functional team. The New Client Onboarding team will onboard new licensed users to Gartner’s services and will provide a Web tour, tips on how to find research and how to request reports, data cuts or inquiry with analyst Offboarding ■Gartner does not offer offboarding services, however, named licence holders can be changed during the period of the contract through licensemanagement@gartner.com

VAT, incl. all expenses for this service Financial Recompense Model ■if a Service does not meet the specifications set out in the applicable Service Description, the breach will be handled in accordance with the Liability and Termination terms set out in the Call-Off Agreement Ordering and Invoicing Process ■Gartner will bill for 100% of the fees at contract signing ■All invoices are payable net 30 days from date of invoice Termination Terms (by Consumer/by the Supplier) ■Services may be terminated only for material breach by either party, upon 30 days prior written notice, if the breach is not cured within the notice period
