3 Proposal We propose that Texas Tech University purchase the vacant University Plaza to be renovated into an apartment complex suitable for graduate, married and students with families.

5 Big XII Research We researched other universities in the Big XII Conference and found that Texas Tech is the only one that does not provide housing to married students and students with families. This includes on- and off- campus housing facilities.
