3. B2 Nordic Customisation of an easy-to-use deposit service to store and share research data (B2SHARE) Replication of large data sets across several sites (B2SAFE) Staging of data to computing environments (B2STAGE) Harvesting of metadata records (B2FIND) 3

4. The pilots 4 pilots to be selected each up to 18PMs (50% funding from NeIC / 50% in-kind) for 2 years. B2Nordic is expected to start on 1.9.2015. Community pilots are expected to start in 9/2015 or 9/2016. 4

5. A possible use case Swedish texts are made available through B2Safe (raw data) and Korp in Finland and Sweden. Authorization needed to access the raw data. The same authorization makes data available in both countries. 5

6. Aims B2Safe works in all nordic countries. Data can be found using B2Find. One dataset is replicated across borders, but keeps the PID. Access granted to one instance of the dataset automatically gives access to the replica 6
