3. Each sense organ is composed of many different parts. Each part must be kept in good health in order for the sense organ to work efficiently. Without the sense organs which are naturally implanted in the body, we cannot appreciate life. Our sense organs function for our learning and protection. Let us properly make us of the information that comes through our sensory system. Diseases and defects in our sense organs occur if we neglect to nourish and care for them No matter which sense organ is involved, it is still the brain that carefully interprets the sensation. Similarly, let us be careful in interpreting facts. 2

CONTENT QUESTIONS: - HOW DOES SENSE ORGANS FUNCTION? - WHAT DO WE CALL THE PART OF THE EAR THAT CONTROLS BODY BALANCE? - WHAT ARE THE THINGS THAT WE HAVE TO CONSIDER IN TAKING CARE OF OUR SENSE ORGANS? - WHAT ARE THE FUNCTIONS OF THE SENSE ORGANS? Project Expectations This project will help my students develop 21 st Century skills by: giving them reliable assessment during or after every discussions; giving immediate feedbacks to the students; engaging students to participate in real world situations and solving meaningful problems; and collaborating with their classmates. 4
