2. Where are we going to get the start up money? Personal and private investors A commercial loan from a bank Personal finances Advertising for products offered—donations and payments to sell business related products. Possible grant funding as well as league funding.

3. Personal and Private investors The personal investors are going to be family and friends. Private investors will include surrounding business’s that are interested in our products and services for employee benefits.

4. Commercial Loan The building and equipment are going to be funded through this. Collectively we all pulled together $50,000 in start up capital apiece for a total of 300,000 dollars. Therefore the bank gave us a loan in the amount of 1 million dollars to begin our business.

5. Advertising We formed partnerships with surrounding businesses and allowed them to get a discounted price to purchase gym memberships which in turn they would offer as a benefit to their employees.

6. Estimated Costs: For Start up Equipment $500,000 Building renovations $200,000 Installation of 2 swimming pools $100,000 Inventory for t-shirts and nutrition bar $ 25,000
