For LD students: – Share challenges – Share progress – Share successes *These parents are too accustom to teachers calling home about academic & behavioral problems … never good news. Call / email home with good news – successes – progress – growth & maturity. Even what we would consider the most trivial item may be a HUGE positive moment for these students.
