2. CHAPTER ONE-PEGGY SUE
Chapter one is about Michael, an 11 year old boy whose parents have lost their jobs . So they have now got a boat.
The boat was the start of Michael’s adventures.

3. Chapter Two -Water, water everywhere
Chapter Two is about Michael starting his journey. They say that water covers two thirds of the of the earth’s surface. It certainly looks like that when you’re out there. We saw dolphins swimming beside the boat, it was amazing.

4. CHAPTER THREE: SHIP’S LOG
October 11
Today I saw Africa!
Then mum spotted a shark.(a basking shark)
I also saw a flying fish.

5. CHAPTER FOUR; GIBBONS AND GHOSTS
The terrors came fast, one upon another. The lights of the Peggy Sue went away into the dark of the night.
Michael fell out of the boat. He ended up on an island but didn’t know where.

6. Chapter five; I, Kensuke
Each day when Michael had food and water sitting there, and then Michael saw him an old man, he was diminutive. He shouted Dameda and waved his stick. Michael had lit a fire and Kensuke shouted NO FIRE.
Later he said Kensuke. I, kensuke

7. Chapter Six; Abunai!
In chapter six Michael sees a boat he shouts and screams and then he remembers his fire, he lights it Kensuke gets angry and puts it out, Michael gets upset. Kensuke told Michael never swim in the water, but Michael is angry at Kensuke so he swims in the water. He felt a great sting in his arms and legs and soon his whole body was sinking.

8. Chapter Seven; All that silence said
Michael stays in Kensuke’s cave until he gets better. They become friends. They fish together and do some painting. Kensuke shows Michael a boat and finds his football. Michael is so happy to have found something that meant so much to him.

9. Chapter Eight; Everyone dead in Nagasaki
Kensuke and Michael went fishing. while they were fishing kensuke told Michael about when he was younger he worked in England he looked after mothers and babes he said was the first person babies see.

10. Chapter nine; the night of the turtles
Kensuke and Michael didn’t speak because Michael found a coke bottle and wrote a letter to his parents. Then one day Kensuke told him about the turtles. One night he saw them, the turtles, so small, they stayed to help the turtles get to the water but some were picked up by seagulls.

11. Chapter Ten: killer men come
Michael sees a boat, he wants to light the fire but kensuke says no. He said they were killer men, they had to act fast, they gathered the orang-utans but kikanbo was no where to be seen. They went and hid in the cave and then heard it gunshots one after the other. Then the men left, Michael saw a boat it was the Peggy Sue they had come back for him! Kensuke didn’t go. Michael promised to never forget Kensuke and he wouldn’t tell anyone until ten years had passed.
