13 Who can remember this… On Earth we have 2 types of resources: Renewable Resources Nonrenewable Resources

14 WRITE IN NOTEBOOK Renewable resources: resources that are reformed naturally over periods of time Nonrenewable resources: resources (coal, oil, natural gas) that are used and never replaced

15 Think about this…. Soil is a non-renewable resource It takes about 500 years to make 1 inch of soil It can take hundreds of thousands of years to replace lost soil
