1 Orienter Laser Optics Assy Refurbishment Spire

2 Orienter Laser Assy Detail:  As the diode in the laser assy ages, the light intensity degrades below an acceptable level for the CCD array.  The diode must be replaced, but the original OEM diode is now obsolete. Thus requiring the laser assy to be fitted with a new style diode.  The OEM requires one to purchase a kit to replace the failed diode in their laser assy.  This kit must be installed by a skilled technician and then calibrated to match the CCD array.

3 Spire’s Orienter Laser Solution:  Customer will send their failed laser assy to Spire for our refurbishment process that includes:  Retrofitting the laser assy with a new diode that emits a visible red 680nM wavelength.  Cleaning the lens.  Laser assy calibration and test on our orient chamber.  Laser assy will be returned to the customer with a new red lens filter to replace the black IR filter.
