Established in 2010 by senior leadership to assist the University in becoming more racially and ethnically diverse and broadly reflective of our community Comprised of Belmont students, faculty and staff who serve in an advisory capacity to senior leadership Belmont’s Welcome Home Team

Existing Campus Diversity Initiatives Entered into a voluntary affirmative action plan in 2000 Fund and offer scholarships to students from the Edgehill and Rose Park communities Search committee hiring and interviewing consultation
