Objective: Measures of Inscribed Angles & Inscribed Polygons. (3.12.3) Section 10.4

What is an inscribed  ? An angle that has its vertex on the circle.

What is inscribed  thm # 1? Inscribed  = ½ (intercepted arc) Intercepted arc = 2 (inscribed  )

What is inscribed  thm # 2 ?  Inscribed  ’s of the same arc are congruent.

What is inscribed  thm # 3? The inscribed  is 90° when it intercepts a semicircle.

What is inscribed  thm # 4? A quadrilateral inscribed in a circle has its opposite angles supplementary (180°)
