SFSP Rules & Regulations #10 Conduct monitoring reviews at all of your sites (pre-op, 1 st week, 4 th week, and/or follow-up reviews) #9 If you self-prepare your meals, production records must be maintained! #8 Maintaining an accounting system to keep track of your invoices

SFSP Rules & Regulations (continued) #7 Train your operational and administrative staff before the program begins and throughout the summer! #6 Location, location, location sites should NOT be right next to one another! #5 Daily meal count sheets and all other records of the program MUST be available to review at ALL times!

SFSP Rules & Regulations (continued) #4 Adult meals cannot be claimed on your monthly claims for reimbursement! #3 All supporting documents of the program including the DAILY MEAL COUNT SHEETS must be ORIGINAL; NO PHOTOCOPIES !!
