Market Analysis The Coffee Patch Express, Inc. will be targeting heavy users like business people, college students, people who work late, pilots, bus drivers, and high school students. We will reach our market niche by using demographics like “buy two get one free”. Service: We will provide customer service to the consumers. Product The Coffee Patch helps people wake up faster. Our product is seasonal because for example in New Year people would want to stay up late, so they could use the Coffee Patch to stay awake. It might also be immune to some people because they might think of our product as a necessity. The Coffee Patch is inelastic because there’s no substitute.

Competition Our competition is coffee makers and also energy drinks. Our competitive advantage from the coffee makers is that we don’t use electricity for our product to work. And for the energy drinks our competitive advantage is that the Coffee Patch doesn’t make you feel tired after. We can gain market share by promoting our product so it will be well known by society.

Pricing Strategy The cost of the Coffee Patch is $15. The mark-up is $15. The retail price is $29.99.
