 Implemented since  Repetitive work of salary passing throughout the month eliminated.  Resulting in productive use of time for internal check etc.

 Daily cash collection of all stations in Chattisgarh State(88) by SBI.  Daily cash collection of main line stations(44) in Maharashtra State by IDBI.  Proposal for cash collection of stations in Madhya Pradesh in hand.  E-freight is to the extent of 90% covering 93 customers.  This could be achieved through personal interaction with Bank authorities and customers.

 Salary payment through bank - 100% through persuasion and opening of bank account on salary day in bank premises.  One cheque for salary payment for all staff on the division is given to SBI and salary accounts credited through NEFT.  Imprest recoupment through bank has eliminated on- line movement of cashier.  Payment to vendors and contractors through NEFT.

Physical verification for each PPO was done by deputing officers and staff to the Banks, Post Offices & CPPC Bhopal. Daily monitoring of progress by Sr.DFM/Dy.CAO(G). As a result, pension debits have been checked 100% and overpayment of Rs2.76crs.detected.

 Submission of S1 form has been made mandatory at the time of joining.  Position of NPS balance is reflected in Pay Slip.  NPS settlement cases are cleared 100% (67 cases)

 Sharing of information is being done through Shared Folder concept.  Each Branch officer in Division, HQ officers, DRMs, ADRMs, GM etc are having their shared folder which can be accessed by other officers etc.  Network connectivity by RailNet.
