1 Corinth. 14:1 Pursue love

“Love is corrective” – This is not a sanction or a directive to try and correct everyone you meet. John is saying, “Love will correct you”. When my issues with attitude, acceptance and approach arise if I will use my love it will correct me.

You know the real character in a person when you see how he or she treats people who can do nothing for them in return.

~Sister Elizabeth Parson~ - ‘Love is corrective', is not a sanction to 'correct', rather it is an encouragment to love. Love is the corrector rather than correction being the corrector.

Unity is new every morning it comes and goes it is like the H S Dove that will sit on a branch even fly into the wilderness until it feels the attraction back to the group.

Unity is a beautiful tentative living holy Thing We cannot maintain it contain it confine it be anxious over it, be in a hurry for it... it comes as we share what is in our hearts together

1 Corinth. 13:4 Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant.

1 Corinth. 13:8 Love never fails; but if there are gifts of prophecy, they will be done away; if there are tongues, they will cease; if there is knowledge, it will be done away.

1 Corinth. 13:9 For we know in part and we prophecy in part; 10 but when the perfect comes the partial will be done away.

1 Corinth. 13:11 When I was a child, I used to speak like a child, think like a child, reason like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things. (the law, the schoolmaster)

1 Corinth. 14:1 Pursue love Pursue: Seeking a desired condition. Moving forward, progressing. Going beyond your personal best as Individual and Team.
