Better Together Schools Pilot Projects Presented by: Naomi Parker AADAC Provincial Prevention Unit April 21, 2008

Better Together Schools Working together to support schools and school districts to develop substance use prevention and early intervention programs that are comprehensive, based on best practices and designed to meet the unique strengths and challenges of the community.

Evaluation Objectives  Identify factors supporting implementation of BTSP  Identify barriers or challenges in implementing of BTSP  Document short-term outcomes of the project  Provide recommendations on next steps  Develop a framework of comprehensive substance abuse prevention and early intervention programs for schools
