Application Form online – Step 1 Go to the website: Fill the basic personal information as it is shown on the picture (next slide)

Step 2 1.Check your mailbox and find there an 2.(Your Name), Welcome to your Virtual University account activation! The account will be used during the admission process. You will be asked to set a password. Next, a login will be generated for you. Remember the login and password as you will need them in the following years of your studies. Should you decide to apply to another program of study, you will need them too. Step 3 1.New will come after setting a password: 2. Your Name, You have been granted access to the SWPS systems. In order to continue the admissions process, do the following: go to: give your login give your password You will go through 4 stages of the admissions process: Stage 1 Provide your personal data and your educational background information. Stage 2 The documents can be submitted by you, a third party or by mail. Stage 3 You can find the details concerning the candidates’ assessment process on the Virtual University. Stage 4 You will receive the final decision online and by mail. Step 6 After your confirmation, the Exchange Incoming Officer will accept you and you will received a new information ON YOUR SWPS account (next slide)

What’s next? 1.SWPS Exchange Officer will send you Acceptance Letter 2.Send your 3 photos (3,5 cm x 4,5 cm) by regular post to the address of SWPS Exchange Officer 3.Fill your LA as soon as you get the list of courses for the academic year of your exchange
