Introduction Joint Venture between Williams Partners L.P. and Cabot Pipeline Holdings LLC. Williams Partners owns 75% of Constitution and Cabot owns the remaining 25%. Shippers on the Constitution Pipeline are Cabot and Southwestern Energy. Williams Partners will provide regulatory, permitting, land acquisition, engineering, construction, operation and maintenance services for the pipeline. Williams Partners operates the Transco Pipeline that serves markets along the Eastern Seaboard. Project provides opportunity to deliver new gas supply (650,000 dekatherms / day) to Northeast markets through new interconnects with existing Iroquois Gas Transmission and Tennessee Gas Pipeline systems. Target in-service date – March May 17, 2012 |
