SEVEN SOBERING CERTAINTIES

OUR SINS  All have sinned - Rom 3:23  To deny our sins is against God - 1 Jn 1:8-10

EXPOSURE OF SIN  Our sins will always find us - Num 32:23; Josh 7:10-11  God knows our every thought - Psa 139:1-12; Lk 12:2-3

DEATH  Many have tried to overcome it  Others try to ignore it - Jas 4:  All will die - Heb 9:27

JUDGMENT  There is Day of Judgment coming - Acts 17:31; 2 Tim 4:1; Heb 6:1-2  Judgment based upon sayings of Jesus - Jn 12:48; Heb 2:1-4

SEPARATION AT JUDGMENT  Sheep and goats - Matt 25:32-33; 13:30  Which means that not all will be saved - Matt 7:13-14

SEPARATION IS BASED ON OUR DEEDS  Reap what we sow - Gal 6:7-9; Hos 8:7  Our words and deeds will be measured to us - Matt 12:36-37; 16:27; Rom 2:5-10; 2 Cor 5:10

REWARD IS ETERNAL  Life is everlasting - Jn 3:15-16; 4:13-14; Rom 6:23; 1 Cor 15:53- 54; Matt 25:46  Punishment is also eternal - Matt 25:46; 2 Thess 1:6-9
