Chapter 7 – Compilation of Energy indicators and Greenhouse gas emissions This chapter is envisaged to provide examples of country practices 1) in the compilation of various energy indicators (including those for sustainable energy development) 2) in the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions

IRES  IRES presents the list of indicators for sustainable development as examples of indicators  It encourages countries to develop the list of indicators relevant to their policy concerns and data availability

IRES  IRES gives a very general introduction to Greenhouse gas emissions and review the methods for their calculation under the IPCC guidelines  IRES encourages countries to make additional efforts in verifying the compiled statistics […] to ensure the quality of their calculated emissions
