How much do you walk? A study of 15,045 walkers enrolled in the National Walkers’ Health Study over six years.

How much do you walk? Walking reduced the risk for being diagnosed with hypertension by 7.2%

How much do you walk? Walking reduced the risk of having high cholesterol by 7%

How much do you walk? Walking lowered the risk of diabetes by 12.3%

How much do you walk? Walking reduced coronary heart disease risk by 9.3%

The Apostle Paul suggested we go for regular ‘Walks’
