FY 2015 Continuing Resolution Continues appropriations at the FY 2014 Omnibus level, but includes a % reduction to rate of operations. For NMFS, the ORF annual level provided by the CR would be $812.1M, $0.5M less than the FY 2014 Omnibus level. Operating at this annualized CR level would be a reduction of $24.7M from the FY 2015 President’s Request level of $836.8M. Congress hopes to pass a FY 2015 Omnibus Bill in early December before the expiration of this CR.
