IHE Europe 2005 Participant Workshop2 Overview Cancellation of DRK 2005 demonstration Integration profiles that could be demonstrated given the current registrations for DRK 2005 Demonstration venues for 2006 –Deutscher Röntgenkongress 2006, Berlin –ITeG 2006, Frankfurt –Medica 2006, Düsseldorf Demonstration on ECR 2005 Other PR events

Deutscher Röntgenkongress 2005 Demonstration Cancelled

IHE Europe 2005 Participant Workshop4 Cancellation of DRK Demo DRK has moved from 2005 on to Berlin, will not reside in Wiesbaden any longer New DRK congress management has decided that IHE will only receive a 10 m² booth this year –Decision communicated to IHE end of January Sufficient for presentations, posters, etc., but not for a „live demonstration“ as in So for this year there will be no „live“ IHE DRK demo.

IHE Europe 2005 Participant Workshop5 DRK 2005 Presentations –Scientific Sessions –Refresher Course Posters and handouts on the booth Self-running PPS explaining PPT by staff Video from Connect-a-thon 2005, NL Volunteers for the booth staff / handouts / posters ?

Demonstration Venues for 2006 ITeG 2006 / DRK 2006 LONG-TERM PREPARATION !!

IHE Europe 2005 Participant Workshop25 ITeG 2006 Congress on „IT in Health Care“ (started in 2004) Organised by the VHitG, representing the vendors of IT systems in health care in Germany Consists of exhibition and „dialogue“ (presentations) Focussed towards a very specific target audience, which should be highly interested by IHE. In 2005 takes place in parallel with the Connectathon If we avoid collision for 2006, this could be a very interesting venue especially for an IT-I showcase

IHE Europe 2005 Participant Workshop26 DRK 2006 Will take place in Berlin, May Booth issue needs to be discussed with DRG. Distributed IHE demo would be an alternative, if we start planning early enough to integrate this into vendors’ booth planning. –Network and Security –Practical Integration Profiles –Walking Demonstration through the Industr. Exhibition –Cross-Referencing to Booth and Industry –Scientific session & Success Stories
