It’s important to always check your mode. For scientific calculators, check the DRG button (Deg Rad Grad) to make sure it is in the correct mode. For TI calculators, press mode, and check if it is radians or degrees. The º symbol will tell you it’s a degree problem. Otherwise, it is likely a radians problem unless labeled otherwise. I’m not really going to make a slide on these. These are the formulas. Theta represents angle measure. You just need to use the correct formula, plug them in, and you should be fine. The thing to watch out for is to see if they say it’s a radius or diameter, and apply the formulas correctly.
