Ting Paper draft are processed by an editorial board with internal referees (chair: SM) After two-four meeting they are released to all institute-leaders for final comments and sent to Physics Letters

18/12/2002 Status of L3 - Salvatore Mele Outlook –Still a lot of physics that might/will not be studied for lack of resources. –Do all efforts to recover information from almost-completed analyses, complete what possible and publish it. –Preparing a plan for dissolving the collaboration (SM): Review process for long-term analyses Reaction to possible new ideas Publication of data in a form usable by future experiments/theorists –Expect high activity (by few FTE) till Summer conferences 2004
