Assessment in 85 facilities, –Low level of compliance in prenatal care, and child care clinics: 0-33%. Lack of compliance with infection prevention practices: no handwashing, poor biosafety practices, poor disinfection, inadequate waste disposal. Lack of motivation for compliance. Baseline

The application of PIM helps to guide standards development, in particular for infection prevention. Quality teams carry out a holistic role to set the stage for IP practices compliance.
