Characteristics of Superior Leaders Honesty? Sets and communicates vision? Business insight and strategy? Inspiring? Courageous? Intelligent?

Characteristics of Superior Boards Attentive to “Independence”? Diversity of leadership experiences, functional experiences, industry and geographic perspectives?
