OLAP functions for active cells: Calls up the OLAP functionality for each cell Format: Allows you to change the format of cells, text & hierarchy indent. Select the Change Query icon. 2. Select Change Query (Local View) 2.Drag and drop between rows, columns, and free characteristics. Select OK Refresh Query when Opening 1.Right click inside the query and select Properties. 2.Select the Interaction tab and check Refresh query when opening workbook. 3.Select OK Suppress Repeated Key Values 1.Right click inside the query and select Properties. 2.Select the Display tab and check Suppress repeated key values.. 3.Select OK Remember to Save your Workbook if you want to keep the changes. Cancel: Cancels without saving Execute: Executes the report Selection Options : Provides additional selection options with include and exclude Personalize all Variables: Recommended not to use.
