 1. collect paper and news paper that is not used any more 2.tear the paper into small pieces 3.put the tear paper in a bucket of water and soaked it for a 1 day 4.put the paper in to the blender and blend it to pulp 5.put the paper in the filter that shaped like paper 6.Dry it in the sun Way to Counteract
