Presentation Outline  Timeliness of Services collaborative 3 day study indicator results by NHDP plan and measurement period  Validation results for all PIPs combined by Activity  Improvement and sustained improvement for all study indicators 2

Collaborative Results Timeliness of Services within 3 days Baseline –  Thirteen plans provided baseline results  The overall rate for 3 days Study Indicator 1a was 64.3 percent  The overall rate for 3 days Study Indicator 2a was 48.3 percent  The overall rate for 3 days Study Indicator 3a was 77.7 percent  The overall rate for 3 days Study Indicator 4a was 55.7 percent 3

Collaborative Results (cont.) Timeliness of Services within 3 days Remeasurement 1 –  Six plans provided Remeasurement 1 results  Four of the six plans reported improvement for the 3 day Study Indicator 1a. The average rate increased from 64.3 percent to 76.0 percent.  Five of the six plans reported improvement for the 3 day Study Indicator 2a. The average rate increased from 48.3 percent to 67.1 percent.  Two of the six plans reported improvement for the 3 day Study Indicator 3a. The average rate decreased from 77.7 percent to 76.3 percent.  Four of the six plans reported improvement for the 3 day Study Indicator 4a. The average rate increased from 55.7 percent to 67.6 percent. 4

Next Steps  NHDP plans need to address all Points of Clarification and all Partially Met and Not Met evaluation elements.  HSAG has provided the NHDP plans with the Word version of the study submitted.  NHDP plans should use the same study document to continue working on the PIPs. NHDP plans should date, bold, and strike-through any sections in which revisions are made to the study document except for Study Indicator deletions.  PIP submissions due to HSAG by Friday October 7,
