Validations To successfully load data to HEIMS two levels of validation must be completed: HEPCAT validations HEIMS validations All validations are available on HEIMSHELP

Don’t ignore a warning A warning in HEPCAT can indicate: that the file may be rejected by HEIMS (fatal error) or The new value will not be loaded to HEIMS HEPCAT warning If a record fails a HEIMS validation rule, you will see the submission in HEPCAT as “rejected” HEIMS fatal Review your Submission reports when you receive an error message from HEIMS HEIMS Online Submission Reports
