Rainforests

Picture a world without oxygen, water or medicine

Picture a world without animals or plants

The rainforest continuously recycles carbon dioxide and produces 20% of the worlds oxygen

⅕ of the world's fresh water is in the amazon basin

Tropical rainforests only cover a small portion of the globe but yet are home to two-thirds of all living species in the world

The plants of the rainforest are the source of half the medical compounds we use everyday

Despite all these things we still cut it down for grazing land,

Timber

Or profit

Why?

The rainforest could be a source of fresh water, food and other natural resources

It is estimated that 10,000 square km of rain forest disappears each year.

The rainforest is more valuable alive than dead

Save the rainforest and protect our world

Think about it

Can you live without the rainforest?
