Purpose of WS 3 3 main discussion points: I. Finalisation of Phase 3: info exchange process within working groups on new learnt knowledge, how to develop new instruments regional policies and methodologies to bring innovation to finance/market/people. II. Kick off of Phase 4: 5 pilot actions will be designed and implemented to test new methodologies and/or selection process. Each pilot action will develop a video. Field missions will activate learning processes for all partners. III. Pre-information about Phase 5: providing information on how to prepare a REGIONAL IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (RIP) Information on the Peer Review Meeting

Results of the interregional Working Groups Innovative funding examples from the partner regions CROWD FUNDING WORKSHOP –What the public sector can do to facilitate the development of „private“ regional crowd funding? –How to make start-ups ready for the crowd? –Examples how public money can join crowd funds.
