How it forms energy. To get energy from wind the have wind turbines, the wind moves the blades and the blades spin and the generators create energy. To get energy from algae they filter out the hard material and use the oil they get from it and use that as a biofuel.

What is it used for? Wind energy is used for electricity. Ex: homes, business, warehouses, and things like that. Algae is used for biofuel. Biofuel is used in almost all the engines that need gas. Algae Wind

Benefits from using it. Wind Energy- From using wind energy we are using natural resources to get energy. That means there is less plants that have to create smog. Algae- Using algae to get biofuel is cleaner for the earth and it has less pollution.

More information. The drawbacks from using wind is the money for building them and putting them up. Algae’s drawbacks are the cost of extracting the algae from the water and turning it into biofuel. We currently don’t use it as main source because it is not producing enough for everyone at this point in time, and there isn’t enough wind turbines built to energize America.

Fumes Algae biofuel produces fumes that have been reported to be killing people. Wind energy doesn't have fumes.
