Tagging CCSD Property Starting in fiscal year 2016, all equipment with unit cost of $5,000 or more Five exceptions regardless of cost: 1.All computers (desktops and laptops) 2.All iPads 3.All student response systems (receivers) 4.All LCD projectors 5.All interactive white/smart boards
Title I Inventory Title I equipment, including pilferable items, not meeting District’s $5,000 threshold will need to be tagged by Title I separately Identification tag should contain a control number recorded on a master inventory list identifying purchase as Title I, Part A funds Physical inventory must be taken and reconciled with your records annually Separate inventory must be performed at every Title I school 10/7/2015
Title I Inventory Inventory records must include following information: 1.Item 2.Cost 3.Purchase Date 4.Vendor 5.Serial Number or Other Identification Number 6.Location with Source of Funds 1.Title I, Part A 2.Title I, Part C 3.Title I, Part A-ARRA 4.Title I, Part D 5.Title II, Part A 6.Title VI, Part B 7.McKenney-Vento Act 10/7/2015
Grant Assets Grant Assets include assets purchased by: 1.Federal grants 2.State grants 3.Local grants, including CCSD Foundation grants Grant equipment must stay at assigned school Grants issued to CCSD and not individual employee Contact appropriate grant administrator for guidance on disposing equipment purchased with grant funds 10/7/2015
