INTRODUCTION MAE is a privately owned local entity formerly registered under Business Name Registration Act with Registration number 247224 of 4th October 2012 and Tax Clearance Certificate No 0121161 and TIN No 117- 385- 361.The proprietor of MAE is a young graduate from SUA majoring in Agr Economics and agribusiness of 2011, decided to be job creator rather than job seeker.

Challenges of the youth for start-up business: How to start a business in order to realize the dream? It took 6 months after graduation to start a business. The banks are reluctant to offer a loan. The bank took 10 months from submission of the business plan to release of funds. Lack of exposures and networking

Is it possible for youth to venture into Agribusiness sector and feed a nations and create employment for others?

It is possible for young professional and non Recommendation: Despite of the existing challenges: It is possible for young professional and non who are committed to venture into Agribusiness because youth is a manpower. Any opportunities available for youths should be managed by youths who are going through the same pain
