Housing  According to Llyod properties there are lofts downtown for the amount I’m willing to pay  This place is called Larson Square Lofts  Range from $990-$1339  Llyod company.com Llyod company.com

Transportation  1993 Nissan skyline GTST  The car would be $250 a month for a loan on 17k.  Gas for every week would be about $60 a week $310

Cellular device  My phone bill would be less then 150 a month with lots of data from verizon
