7:9 After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no-one could count, from every nation, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes 7:10 and cried out in a loud voice: "Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb." 7:13 Then one of the elders 7:14 said, "These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 7:15 Therefore, "they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple. 7:16 Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat upon them, nor any scorching heat. 7:17 For the Lamb at the centre of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." 21:6 He said to me: "It is done! To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. 21:7 He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son. 21:8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practise magic arts, the idolaters and all liars - their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulphur - the 2 nd death." 22:1 Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb 22:2 down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, and the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. 22:3 No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. 22:4 They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. 22:17 The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let them come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.
