Workday in Oslo -It has one of the highest GDP in the world. -Unemployment is below 4%. -Working hours mustn’t exceed nine hours per day or 40 per week.

Minimum wage

Retirement and pension -The retirement age is generally 67 years -All Norwegian residents who have quoted at the Social Security for at least three years is entitled to a basic pension.

Overtime The legal maximum overtime is 200 hours per year. The extra salary is given in July with the monthly salary. It can also be given when they have summer vacation.

Medical insurance and sick leave. ●Medical insurance: o 3% of the annual salary. o The employer registers the employee in the NIS. ●Sick leave: o Longest time on sick leave: 52 weeks. o Maximum payment during sick leave: €.

Vacation and permissions. ●Holiday: o 10 days. o Minimum: 21 hollidays. ●Permissions: o Pregnancy permission: 46 weeks.
