Töö eesmärk Demonstreerida personaalse meditsiini ühte võimaliku meie tegevus valdkonda Trombotsüütide rikas plasma (platelet-rich plasma) s.t. kõrge kontsentratsiooniga trombotsüütide mass väheses plasmas, mille kasutamist alveolaarluu transplantaadile kirjeldas Marx 1998 aastal (Marx jt 1998). Sellel meetodil puuduvad äratõuke reaktsioonid. Seega on patsiendile hästi talutavad.

PRP ja PRF Trombotsüütide rikas plasma (PRP) ja trombotsüütide rikas fibriin (PRF). PRP – on tavaline trombotsüütarne mass ning ta koosneb vähekontsentratsioonilisest fibriini koest. PRF – on trombotsüütidest tehtud teise generatsiooni toode, millises ühinevad kõrge trombotsüütide ja fibriini kontsentratsioonid ühes lahuses.

Rasvkoest pärinevate mesenhümaalsete tüvirakkude isolatsioon.
