Nehemiah Trusts in God Nehemiah’s foundation: Faith in who God is. Definition: Trust 1 a : assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone or something b : one in which confidence is placed 2 a : dependence on something future or contingent : hope

II. Nehemiah trusts in Gods word even with the nation of Israel scattered. A. He trusted in God’s prophetic word.
