Flip and sometimes flip back Seminars only work if the students have completed the expected tasks home, so we can devote sufficient time to practical elements. Some students still value traditional lectures and teaching methods. They appreciate having the chance to learn in lots of different ways. So if you do flip the classroom, whenever needed remember to flip back.
