Where to begin What needs to be done? –What is the purpose of my paper? What information do I need? –What specific information must I have to keep the focus of my paper? Define Your Task

Brainstorm for Sources What are the possible sources? Which are the best?

Find the Information Where is each source? Where is the information in each source?
