I chose the apartment because it is much more cheaper than town house. I want my house located in the downtown near the shopping mall which I can buy not only necessity but also luxury convenience and killing time in my free time. I'd like to have one living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and two bedroom. The most important of all, I must have a wide living room with a large TV. I can have party or watch movies every week with my friends. Also, I want my balcony big enough to become a garden that can not only sun-dry my clothes but also plant the flowers.
