Social worker /Supervisor review each case for father engagement from day one and in case reviews Include incarcerated, out of state or other limitations Address efforts to identify and engage father in case plan Ensure father is notified and encouraged to participate in FTDM FTDM facilitators document inviting fathers Consult and obtain father engagement toolkit/handouts from Office Father Liaison Provide fathers with father specific information guides as appropriate.
