3 Answer: The other five characteristics are that it helps readers solve problems, it reflects an organization’s goals and culture, it is produced collaboratively, it uses design to increase readability, and it consists of words or graphics or both.

4 Chapter 1 lists eight measures of excellence in technical communication. One is that it is honest; another is that it is accessible. What are three other measures of excellence?

4 Answer: The other six measures of excellence are clarity, accuracy, comprehensiveness, conciseness, professional appearance, and correctness.
